What data we process
- Data you send through the contact form or by email: name, email, organisation, type of project, dates, location and message.
- Technical browsing data collected by the hosting provider to run and secure the website, such as IP address, date and time, page requested and browser type.
The website uses no analytics, advertising or profiling tools.
Why and on what basis
- Replying to your requests and preparing a quote: pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Protecting the website from abuse and attacks: the controller’s legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Providing form data is optional, but without contact details we cannot reply.
Who receives the data
Data is processed by us and by the providers that help us run the website and email, appointed as processors: Netlify, Inc. (hosting and contact form) and Hostinger (email). Netlify may process data in the United States, under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. We never sell or pass on data to third parties.
How long
We keep requests for 24 months from the last contact, unless a commission follows: in that case data follows the periods required by tax and accounting law. Technical browsing data is kept by the hosting provider for as long as needed to secure the service.
Your rights
You can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its processing, or receive it in a portable format (Articles 15-22 GDPR), by writing to info@wonderproof.studio. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).
We do not use automated decision-making.
Cookies and local storage
The website only uses one technical cookie and a few preferences stored in your browser, needed for it to work as you expect. They do not require your consent, which is why there is no banner. None of this data leaves your device, except the chosen language, read by the server to show you the right version.

YouTube and Vimeo videos load only when you press play. From then on YouTube (in privacy-enhanced mode) and Vimeo may use their own cookies, under their own policies.
